Dr. Moskowitz is a well-known experimental psychologist in the field of psychophysics and creator of world-class market research technology. In 1969, Dr. Moskowitz earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Queens College (CUNY) with degrees in mathematics and psychology.

Dr. Moskowitz founded Mind Genomics Associates in 2014 to promote the development and use of the new science of Mind Genomics. The science creates an archival and action-oriented database for knowledge about how people think about the aspects of their daily life. The science is used in business to drive 1:1 sales and marketing, and in social research to understand what is important, and what should be communicated to citizens of a country for socially relevant issues. Dr. Moskowitz is also chairman of iNovum, a consulting firm which provides innovative, customized predictive analytics for a variety of organizations, using the Mind Genomics platform.

Stephen D. Rappaport is Global Digital Advisor for Sunstar, Inc. a diversified Japanese company, where he works across all business units and brands on digital marketing strategy. As Senior Consultant for Stephen D. Rappaport Consulting LLC he devises brand growth strategies that are grounded in consumer insights developed through the research traditions of mind genomics and cognitive economics.

Prior to Sunstar and forming his consultancy, Rappaport was Knowledge Solutions Director, head of the Knowledge Center and member of the Executive Team for the Advertising Research Foundation, a trade association focused on the contribution of research to brand growth. His career includes positions in global communications firms, entrepreneurship, and management consulting. He is a specialist in digital technologies and strategy who has authored three books on the subject: The Digital Metrics Field Guide (April 2015), Listen First: Turning Social Media Conversations into Business Advantage (2011), and The Online Adverising Playbook (2007). The last two are considered standard works in the field.

Chris Fehrnstrom is chief marketing officer (CMO) of the Wine and Spirits division of Constellation Brands, the world leader in premium wine. He oversees the company’s marketing efforts for an impressive array of brands such as Robert Mondavi, Clos du Bois, SVEDKA Vodka, Black Velvet Canadian Whisky, Kim Crawford, Ruffino, Black Box, Toasted Head, Mark West and The Dreaming Tree.

Fehrnstrom joined the company in 2002 as senior vice president of marketing for Icon Estates, the fine wine and luxury wine division of what was then called Constellation Wines U.S. He was appointed president of Icon Estates in 2006 and became responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing and production activities. In 2008, he was appointed President of VineOne, the premium and super-premium wine division for Constellation Brands. In 2009, he was appointed CMO of the newly consolidated Constellation Wines U.S. which in 2012 became Constellation Brands, Inc.
