Chief Marketing Officer
Peter Isaacson is a proven business leader with over 25 years of marketing experience in job responsibilities ranging from branding and advertising, to corporate communications and product marketing. This includes deep experience in both B2C and B2B marketing and managing large teams across international markets.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Demandbase, Peter is responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution, including product, corporate and field marketing. Prior to joining Demandbase, Peter was CMO at Castlight Health, helping to scale the company and build the marketing team prior to their successful IPO. Peter has also held leadership positions at Microstrategy and Adobe, where he led various functions, including brand marketing, WW field marketing, and the WW Education vertical business.

Derrick has spent the past 20+ years helping organizations release the full potential of their brands. His experience is as extensive as it is diverse, encompassing the disciplines of brand strategy, advertising, sales promotion, and public relations. At The Blake Project he manages daily operations and serves in the delivery of brand stewardship services as a senior brand strategist.
Prior to launching The Blake Project in 2003, Derrick held rewarding leadership roles at global advertising agency leader Saatchi & Saatchi as well as at three other respected advertising agencies. He credits his focus on brand strategy with his ability to align organizations with unmet customer needs.

The company imports, exports, brokers, produce and distribute wine and spirits in 46 US States and in Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, Australia, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. The firm’s focus is distributing, producing and exporting US wines, and spirits, and importing wines from Burgundy, Rhône, Champagne, Loire, Italy, Chile and New Zealand.
Long before the California legislature recognized Amelia as “Woman of the Year” in 2005, the first Mexican-American woman ever to be elected president of a winery was on the frontier of wine. The dynamo behind more than 140 video blogs since 2009 on preparing Mexican cuisine and pairing it with wine. She received the coveted 2013 Academy of Marketing Science Distinguished Marketer Award.

Brad gained his experience as director of brand management and marketing for Hallmark Cards, Inc. and as vice president of marketing for Element K, a leading e-learning company.
During his tenure as Hallmark’s chief brand advocate, Hallmark rose to 4th in the EquiTrend national quality brand ranking and received the Brand Management of the Year award. At Element K, he moved the brand from relative obscurity in a highly fragmented market to one of the top 10 e-learning brands in the world in less than two years.

Since 1977, Bear has made his living selling, buying, teaching about, and writing about wine. In 1996, he was hired to be the wine buyer for Spec’s. In the line of duty, he tastes in excess of 9,000 wines each year (someone’s gotta do it). He travels extensively in the wine country in the US, Europe, South America and Australia and has regular contact with winery owners and winemakers as they travel through Texas.
